How do I return a damaged item?

If your item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item.

How do I return a gift?

If you have received your item as a gift and would like to exchange or return, please contact us and provide the order number or email address.

Loop Returns is a software company who manages Avara’s returns.

Can I combine returned orders in a single package?

Unfortunately, each order must be returned separately for a proper refund. Please do not add additional items that are not included on your return slip. If changes need to be made to your return, please contact customer service.

You will receive an email from Loop Returns. Make sure to check your inbox and spam folder. If you're unable to locate your return USPS QR code or shipping label, please contact us.
