Returns

All returns must be started and dropped off within 21 days of the ship date to receive a full refund back to your original form of payment. Items are not eligible for return after the 21st day. 

If a return is received by our warehouse and not submitted through Loop Returns, it will be automatically marked as ineligible and donated. 

You may also return at our Avara Store for free. 

At this time Canada returns and military bases APO, FPO, and DPO can only be sent back via mail. Start your return in Loop Returns. Print the return slip to include with your items and purchase your own shipping label.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free of charge. Exchanges are not processed until they are received at USPS. We cannot guarantee that the request will be available. Exchanges are not eligible after 21 days. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time for Canada orders. 

We offer exchanges for a different size as well as same priced exchanges.

Conditions

Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with original tags attached and not marked final sale.

Final Sale

All bodysuits, earrings, hats, headbands, tights, slippers, socks, and NuBra products are final sale and not eligible for return. Anything purchased on sale is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange. If we receive a final sale return it will be donated. When processing a return if you are directed to “contact customer service” this means it is final sale and isn’t eligible for return.

Shoes

Shoes must be free of any wear and must include the original box.

Clothing

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. If items are returned appearing damaged, tags not attached, or beyond 21 days from the order date, or are final sale, they will not be accepted and will be donated.
