We ship to the United States and Canada. We are always looking to expand, send us a note if you want Avara in your country.

Can I change my order?

As soon as your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot make any changes to your order once it is fulfilled.

Do you need to change your shipping address?

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can change the address if the package hasn’t been fulfilled and left our facility. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to reroute

When can I expect my order to ship?

Once placed, standard orders are processed within 2 business days. Please be advised that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale promotions, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Expedite

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order. We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy.

Can I add a discount code to my order?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to retroactively apply codes. We are unable to adjust payments/pricing after an order is submitted. If you forgot to use your discount code, it will still be valid to use on your next Avara purchase.
