What is Route?
We have partnered with Route to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance. Route is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection and a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items.
Can I remove Route from my order?
Route protection is automatically added to your cart at checkout, and you are able to opt out if you are not interested in protecting your order. Just click “Remove” in the cart during checkout and it will be removed from your order total. If you didn't wish to purchase and it was added to your cart, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order and they will process a refund for you.
What does Route cover?
Route covers lost, damaged or stolen packages and will replace or refund any lost, stolen or damaged items. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping and taxes.
How do I file a claim for my lost, damaged, or stolen order?
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route that includes a link to file a shipping issue. You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here Resolve Center. To file a claim, you will need your Avara order number or Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.
