Why am I seeing a pending charge about a month after my purchase?Updated 2 months ago

Some customers may notice a pending charge reappear on their statement about a month after placing an order. This can happen with certain banks and card types (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) due to an extended authorization process used by our payment provider.

This is not an additional charge, and you will not be billed twice. The pending amount is simply a confirmation that your original payment has been finalized. In most cases, this pending authorization will automatically fall off your statement within a few business days and does not impact your total charged amount.
