After your order has been successfully packaged and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification to view your tracking information.
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow the carrier an additional 72 hours to complete delivery. If you still have not received your package and you opted in to our Route service, file a claim with Route and they will assist with next steps.
Please note that by opting out of shipping protection, Avara is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit.
